Individual Therapy

Therapy isn't about becoming someone new. It's about better understanding yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, discernment, and self-trust.

This is not something we are supposed to know how to do on our own. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, whether it's your first experience or your fifth.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged in ways that lead to meaningful change.

Together, we'll make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and develop practical tools that help you find relief now while creating lasting change over time.

Who I Work With

I primarily work with women navigating the emotional realities of modern life.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring people who have spent years taking care of everyone else before themselves. They often appear to have it all together on the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or the weight of trying to hold everything together.

Together We May Work On:

  • Anxiety & overthinking

  • Trauma & difficult life experiences

  • OCD & uncertainty

  • Burnout, perfectionism & people-pleasing

  • Relationships & attachment

  • Depression & disconnection

  • Identity & life transitions

  • Building greater self-trust and discernment

I don’t believe there is one “right” way to heal.

Every person who walks into my office has a different story, different strengths, and different goals. My job is to thoughtfully determine what will be most helpful for the unique person sitting in front of me.

My work is grounded in attachment theory, EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, nervous system-informed care, somatic awareness, and evidence-based trauma treatment. Rather than following one specific modality, I integrate these approaches to create therapy that feels personalized, collaborative, and responsive to your needs.

Insight is important, but insight alone rarely creates lasting change.

Real change happens when new understanding is experienced emotionally, relationally, and physically…not just intellectually.

Sometimes therapy means learning practical tools to calm an overwhelmed nervous system. Sometimes it means processing painful experiences that continue to shape the present. Sometimes it means making sense of relationship patterns, reconnecting with your values, or learning to trust yourself again. Most often, it's a combination of all of those.

What is Therapy Like?

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and conversational.

We'll laugh when it feels right. We'll sit with difficult emotions when we need to. I'll ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns you may not yet see, and help you make sense of experiences that have felt confusing or overwhelming.

I will never hand you a one-size-fits-all treatment plan because I don't believe healing works that way.

Instead, I bring years of clinical training, ongoing consultation, research, and experience into every session, trusting both the science behind the work and the therapeutic relationship we're building together.

My hope is that you'll leave sessions not only feeling supported, but with greater clarity, practical tools, and a growing confidence in your own ability to navigate life.

What Therapy is (and isn’t)

Therapy isn't about someone telling you what to do.

It's about creating space to better understand yourself, untangle old patterns, and make decisions that feel more aligned with who you are and the life you want to build.

We'll celebrate progress, make room for setbacks, stay curious when things feel messy, and keep coming back to the same question:

"What makes the most sense for you?"
