Individual Therapy

$150 per 55 minute session

My work is grounded in a postmodern, person-centered framework, which means I don’t view you as a problem to be fixed—but as a person with valuable insight, strengths, and stories that deserve to be heard. Postmodern therapy acknowledges that there’s no one-size-fits-all “truth” when it comes to mental health. Together, we explore the narratives, patterns, and social influences that have shaped your identity and worldview—so that you can decide what still fits and what no longer serves you.

I integrate practical tools from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic-based approaches to support both reflection and real-life change. I pay close attention to how experiences are stored in the body, and how nervous system regulation impacts your ability to feel grounded and connected. My work is always trauma-informed, collaborative, and led by mutual trust, curiosity, and compassion.

Group Therapy

$50/group

We were never meant to heal alone. Group therapy creates space to connect with others who are facing similar challenges—a reminder that you're not the only one going through it. This sense of shared experience, known as universality, can be incredibly powerful. My hope is that group becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and part of a community that helps you grow.
