Hi! I’m Katy.

a licensed therapist helping women embrace the messiness of being human.

My work focuses on women navigating life’s most tender, complex, and transitional moments. Whether you’re balancing career and caregiving, sitting in the discomfort of anxiety, healing your relationship with food, or adjusting to a new chapter, you don’t have to go through it alone.

This could look like big life changes, relationship uncertainty, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are corporate professionals trying to “have it all” while feeling stretched impossibly thin—or new and expecting mothers feeling like they’ve lost touch with themselves. These life experiences often bring up anxiety, depression, OCD, and deep inner questions about who we are and what we need.

Therapy with me is a place to exhale, explore your story, and reconnect with your own voice. If you’re ready to get curious about the patterns keeping you stuck—and discover a more authentic, grounded way of being—I’d love to connect.

  • Anxiety, OCD & Depression

  • Relationship Conflict & Attachment

My approach to therapy is relational, warm, and trauma-informed - grounded in genuine connection and mutual trust. I am curious about your inner world and won’t hesitate to gently challenge you when needed, kind of like a good friend who wants the best for you and isn’t afraid to be honest.

Ways we can work together:

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space to explore what’s feeling heavy and gain support, clarity, and relief with a trusted therapist using evidence based approaches.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive space—guided by a therapist—where you can connect with others facing similar challenges and feel seen, understood, and less alone.
