Hi! I’m Katy!
A licensed therapist helping women feel less overwhelmed, trust themselves more, and build lives that feel more like their own.
Together, we'll make sense of what's happening beneath the surface through evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationships, and the emotional realities of modern womanhood.
You don’t need to become someone new.
I don’t believe most women need to become more disciplined, productive, or resilient.
I think many of us have simply gotten very good at listening to everyone except ourselves.
Why do I feel this way?
Somewhere between achievement, caregiving, relationships, expectations, and the endless stream of advice about who we should become, we've lost touch with our own inner compass.
Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about understanding yourself more deeply so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-trust, and connection.
Together, we'll begin untangling your own voice from the expectations, beliefs, and survival strategies that have shaped you, so you can make decisions from a place of greater clarity, discernment, and self-trust.
What can we work on together?
Anxiety & Overthinking
Relationships & Attachment
Trauma & EMDR
Depression & Disconnection
OCD & Uncertainty
Identity & Life Transitions
Burnout & Perfectionism
Self-Trust & Discernment

Therapy that meets you where you are.
By the time many women reach out for therapy, they're carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone.
Maybe your mind won't slow down. Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking, navigating a difficult relationship, or trying to hold everything and everyone together. Maybe you've spent so much time managing everyone and everything else that you barely recognize what your own nervous system feels like anymore. Or maybe you're simply tired of feeling this way.
My goal isn't just to help you survive what's happening today (although we will do that too!). It's to help you find relief in the short term while also creating meaningful, lasting change for the future.
My hope is that therapy doesn't just help you feel better. I hope it helps you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move through life with greater discernment, confidence, and self-trust.

You don’t have to convince me.
You don't have to arrive with the right words or a perfectly organized story. You don't have to convince me that what you're experiencing is real. My job isn't to judge your reactions. It's to understand them.
Our experiences don't have to be the same for me to believe yours. Together, we'll get curious about how your life experiences, relationships, and nervous system have shaped the way you move through the world today. Not to excuse the patterns that aren't serving you anymore, but to understand them well enough to begin changing them.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and deeply curious. We'll laugh when it feels right, sit with hard things when we need to, and make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing for a long time.
I hope my office feels like a place where you can exhale. There are blankets, snacks, candles, and a couch you'll probably sink into. More importantly, I hope it becomes a place where you can stop performing, let your shoulders drop a little, and simply be human.
Why does this work matter to me?
I've always been deeply curious about people - why we do what we do, how relationships shape us, and what helps us create meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in the corporate world. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the pressure to achieve, hold everything together, and keep moving, even when you're overwhelmed.
Today, I combine that lived experience with evidence-based therapy, advanced training in EMDR, and ongoing consultation to help women better understand themselves, heal from painful experiences, and build lives that feel more connected, meaningful, and genuinely their own.
Ready when you are!
You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, or simply wondering if therapy might help, I'd be happy to answer your questions.
